A1- If time is an issue, we will be glad to deliver your package to your hotel. Our charge for this is just the normal s/h charge. We will have your package waiting for you at the desk upon your arrival. This way you are ensured of being able to utilize our product. Simply indicate in the Special Instructions section that you require hotel delivery. You must show the Hotel Name, Date of Arrival and the EXACT Name the room is registered under.
A2- Our funbooks and the major part of our package expire in December, 2005. Each package of information contains the latest in casino promotions as well as the latest Las Vegas magazines. Since most of these offers expire monthly (even though the casinos usually use the same offers month to month and most of the offers are still vaild) it is best to have your package delivered the month you are arriving. We will not ship your package until the 1st business day of that month. We ship via Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery. If your trip is within the first 7 days of the month, see answer 1 above.

A4 - Our shipping is based on the weight of the products you order and the distance it is shipped. . Our shopping cart automatically adds the weight of all the items and them lets you pick the way you want it shipped to you. After you add an item to our shopping cart you are asked for your zip code so we can calculate the shipping.
A5 - When we ship your order you automatically receive an email with the delivery confirmation and or tracking number, date of shipment and the item shipped. If you have a SPAM blocker you may not receive this email, so be sure to add <shipping@wedoitallvegas.com> to your friendly list.

A7 - In the special instructions section of our shopping cart, simply list the quantity of each chip desired. All selections must be in multiples of 50.
A8 - Typically, and based on the number of orders received, hot stamping takes 2-3 weeks after approval of art work or submission of order if getting only initials or denominations. Shipping time is not counted in this.
